While working on my Soundtrap project, I used several editing techniques like cutting and moving audio clips to adjust timing and make my track flow better. Copying and pasting sections helped me build up my arrangement quickly, especially for repeating parts like the chorus. I also experimented with panning to separate sounds in the stereo space and make the mix more interesting.
One challenge I faced was getting the volume levels right—some tracks were too loud while others were too quiet. I fixed this by carefully adjusting the volume sliders and using my headphones to check the balance. A tip I’d share is to solo each track one at a time while editing to clearly hear what needs fixing. These small steps really helped make my project sound more polished.
