Its a bit hard to choose one but the 2 roles that are interesting to me is audio engineer and sound designer. audio engineering is interesting because I've worked with audio engineers before and it's interesting what their job is and its kind of easy. when mixing the sound of the music and the vocals and bass it really gets you in that feeling of the music. Sound designers can add sound effects or modify how the music and add specific parts of sound to a song or something.
